How to View Conversion History?

1. Click on the user icon on the same page and select the ‘My Orders’ option.

Note

If you have closed the page, you can return via the link in your email or login again using your email at https://converter.pointr.cloud/ link.

2. You can view the details and history of your conversions. For more information, click the ‘View’ button.

Note

Conversion History Status:

  • If you have uploaded the files but have not yet made the payment: Unpaid (Click the ‘Pay’ button to proceed with the conversion)
  • If you have uploaded the files and completed the payment but the converted files are still being processed: In Progress (This may take up to 10 days)
  • If you have uploaded the files, completed the payment, and the converted files are ready: Completed

3. All details will be available on this page once again.
