Rate Your Experience

The “Rate Your Experience” feature allows users to provide valuable feedback on their wayfinding experience through a simple popup survey. This feature is designed to gather user insights and help businesses improve user experience (UX) and identify potential issues.

Our customers use this feature to present users with a quick survey to evaluate their experience. This helps in:

  • Gathering user feedback: Directly from users to understand their experience.
  • Analyzing user sentiment: Get insights into how users feel about the navigation.
  • Tracking wayfinding success: Determine how effective the wayfinding process was and identify any issues.
  • Improving user experience (UX): Feedback helps to enhance the usability and functionality of the app.
  • Pointr Analytics API: Collect and analyze the JSON data via the Pointr Analytics API for deeper insights.

Types of Feedback Collected

The feedback collected through the “Rate Your Experience” popup is categorized into two types:

Positive Rating: Users can simply submit their positive experience.

Negative Rating: If a user provides negative feedback, they will be prompted with a comment box to provide further details on what went wrong.
